Jon Stewart Finds The Craziest Ads Of The 2014 Senate Races

With control of the Senate in the balance, Democrats in tight races are trying to distance themselves from President Barack Obama. As Jon Stewart pointed out on Thursday night's "Daily Show," Colorado Sen. Mark Udall didn't even show up for a fundraiser the president held on his behalf.

"OH! That stings a bit," Stewart said. "But if you think you're gonna shame Obama by not wanting to be seen with him in public... man has two teenage daughters. I think he's familiar with the concept of being shunned."

Many Democrats are running TV ads so critical of the president that they might be mistaken for Republican spots. In the clip above, Stewart takes a look at some of the strangest ads from both parties.

And he breaks out his Mitch McConnell impression again.
