It can seem like everyone has an opinion about what you need to live a healthy lifestyle -- but sometimes, a healthier life is as simple as listening to your own body.
“I think we just need to have a good education about where our nutrition is coming from and what our body needs,” says Robb, “and [listen] to our bodies, instead of what the grocery store gives us or what restaurants provide.”
Education and healthy routines should be put into place starting at a young age, according to Robb. If we can reflect and stay in tune with our bodies, our mental and physical state could benefit tremendously.
“It’s about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, it’s not about how you look physically,” Robb says. “It’s about your mental state.”
