Do you think that you may have an intolerance to wheat, gluten or dairy? Health and nutrition expert Joy Bauer says that one way to test this is to remove that item from your diet entirely for a few weeks, and then introduce it back in. If you have an intolerance, you're going to feel much better while the food is removed from your diet, and your body will react poorly to the food being reintroduced into your digestive system a few weeks later.
