Everybody loves bread, including health and nutrition expert Joy Bauer! Thankfully, Joy says that it's okay to eat bread, as long as the loaf you're buying is 100% whole grain. Avoid breads that list "unbleached" or "enriched wheat flour" as their first ingredient, which means it's not a 100% whole grain bread. As far as calories go, Joy recommends finding a bread that is around 100 calories per slice.
