Rep. Tom Rooney (R-Fla.) was reelected to Congress from the state's 17th District Tuesday, defeating Democrat Will Bronson.

Rooney was first elected to the House of Representatives, from a different district, in 2008. He ran unopposed in this year's Republican primary.
