NBA Veteran Takes A Bath In Red Wine -- And Drinks In The Attention

Oft-injured New York Knicks forward Amar'e Stoudemire is hoping for a vintage year, so he's taking baths in red wine, naturally.

On Wednesday, Stoudemire, 31, posted an Instagram picture of himself in a tub with red liquid. The caption reads, "Recovery Day! Red Wine Bath !! #Kinging #Blessed #Hebrews Getting ready for the eighth day feast."

Stoudemire told the New York Daily News Thursday he's been soaking in the stuff -- a mix of water and red wine -- for the past several months. He said his legs feel rejuvenated afterward.

"The red wine bath is very important to me because ... it creates more circulation in my red blood cells," he told the outlet. "Plus, it's very hot, so it's like a hot tub."

We'll take our vinotherapy by the glass, but cheers to you, Amar'e.
