Parents Dress Their Baby In A New Adorable Costume Every Day Until Halloween

When Halloween-enthusiasts Jessica and Peter Chavkin became parents this summer, they started making plans for their newborn son's first celebration of their favorite holiday. October 31st is still two weeks away, but the Chavkins have already taken baby Noah's Halloween costume game to a new level.

When it came time to start thinking about a Halloween costume for her baby boy, Jessica was having trouble narrowing it down, she told The Huffington Post in an email. "As the list of potential costumes got longer and longer I realized I didn't have to pick just one -- Noah could count down to his first Halloween and celebrate the whole month long," the mom said.

Thus, the adorable tumblr "Noah's Halloween Countdown" was born. Each day of the month leading up to Halloween, Noah dresses up in a new adorable costume, and Jessica photographs him. The costumes are an assortment of DIY and store-bought outfits and props, said Jessica, who has her own baby clothes and accessories business called Teeny Tiny Couture.

Few things are cuter than an adorable baby in an equally adorable costume, so unsurprisingly, "Noah's Halloween Countdown" has gone viral. The Chavkins were not expecting the project to take off like it did, but they're glad the photos can bring smiles to peoples' faces and get them excited about Halloween. "I created this as a way for Noah and I to have fun together and celebrate my favorite holiday while I have the gift of being on maternity leave and being with him 24/7," Jessica said. "And I thought it would be fun to share with friends and family -- I never realized so many other people would be so interested!"

You can follow the adorable countdown on tumblr or Instagram. Somehow, each new costume manages to out-cute the last.
