We also know that brewing your own coffee is not as easy as grabbing a cup on your way to work. When it comes to making a great cup of coffee, everyone talks about the freshness of beans, the temperature of the water and even the bloom that happens when water and beans meet. But equally important is how coarsely or finely the beans are ground. We'd hate for you to go through all the trouble of making a fresh cup of coffee only to get it wrong while grinding the beans.
