From a hospital bed, Tori Spelling is getting introspective about the relationships in her life.
Spelling posted a photo to Instagram on Thursday in which she's lying in a hospital bed with her hands over her heart. Along with the photo, she included a message about the people who have been there for her and those who haven't.
"This sick in hospital I finally see how quickly life can take it all away frm you," she wrote. "We all need 2 step up frm inside& go 4 it! W/our friends by our side. Sadly I've finally faced truth that 1 person will never be there 4 me #TrueTori."
TMZ first reported Spelling was hospitalized last weekend in Los Angeles at Cedars Sinai Medical Center due to a fever, coughing and trouble breathing. She has been filming the Lifetime reality show "True Tori" with husband Dean McDermott and apparently the schedule wore her down.
"The show we're shooting is obviously very emotional,” McDermott told "ET Canada," denying rumors the hospitalization was related to Ebola symptoms. “It's six days a week. It finally caught up with her and took its toll, so she has bronchitis, sinusitis and pneumonia and she's getting great care at the hospital.”
Last December, allegations first surfaced that McDermott cheated on Spelling with another woman. The couple has since been dealing with their marital issues in front of the cameras.
