Rep. Mike Rogers (R) was re-elected Tuesday to the U.S. House of Representatives.
Rogers defeated Democrat Jesse Smith after besting Thomas Casson for the Republican nomination in Alabama's June primary.
Rogers has been representing the state of Alabama in the U.S. House since 2003.
