Inside Michelle Knight's Private Struggle Two Years After Escaping Ariel Castro's House Of Horrors

It's been almost two years since Michelle Knight was rescued from Ariel Castro's Cleveland home, where she was a prisoner for over a decade. In the video above, she reveals how she is coping with the trauma of her past and adjusting to life outside her abductor's house of horrors. "I was struggling with life," says Knight, who found horse therapy in a healing facility to be helpful. "I didn't accept some of the pain I was going through. I kind of disassociated my feelings."

Now, she tells Dr. Phil, she plans to help others who are struggling. "The best way to do that is by being a therapist or by being a motivational speaker," says Michelle. Watch Friday's Dr. Phil to hear more from Michelle. Click here for local listings.
