The former college student who allegedly filmed a live solo-sex show in the Oregon State library said she fully expected that her clandestine side career would come to light, but she didn't expect that to happen so quickly.
"When I first started working for MyFreeCams, I was hoping that it would open to modeling and doing magazines and shoots like that,” 19-year-old Kendra Sunderland told the Daily News. “I knew that eventually everyone would see everything about me and see me naked. I just didn’t think that would happen so fast and have my actual name on it.”
Sunderland is charged with public indecency after allegedly masturbating on film in the library last October. If convicted, she could face up to a one-year sentence or a $6,250 fine.
Sunderland was a student at the school when she shot the videos, but she's since dropped out.
"I was surprised someone was in our library doing that,” OSU student Shelby Wilson told KEZI when news of the arrest first surfaced. “I feel like it’s always packed. I don’t know how anyone could get away with it.”
Sunderland said she decided to do a scene in the library because one of her cam viewers suggested she could make a lot more money if she performed in a public place. That's the last time she'll do something that risky, she said.
"After that, I just thought about the consequences and what could've happened,” Sunderland said. “It definitely made me not want to go back.”
