Winter Isn't So Bad When Your Dad Builds A 55-Foot Luge

By now, it's safe to say that the East Coast is pretty much over winter. But this dad decided to make the final stretch a lot more bearable for his kids.

Joseph Colangelo, a father of three, lives in Cranford, New Jersey. On February 7th, he decided to start building a homemade luge track for his kids, the oldest of whom are 3 and 4 years old.

"In that time I've sprayed down the track almost daily and every time it snows I build up the walls a little higher," he explained to The Huffington Post.

The result? What's since grown to 55 feet of track, lots of sledding, and the video above. This looks undeniably awesome, but don't forget: safety comes first!
