One little Instagram post ignited a whole bunch of rumors.
Sarah Jessica Parker was photographed posing for photos by the Bloomingdale's flagship store on Lexington Avenue in New York City Monday. Later, the actress shared a snapshot to her Instagram with a caption that had fans buzzing about her possibly filming for "Sex and the City 3."
"Well. I guess the cat's out of the (little brown) bag," she wrote beside the image. "As usual, we will keep you posted on every detail as we are able. I'm under strict gag order until then."
E! News obtained comment from Warner Bros., which distributed the first and second installments of the film franchise, released in 2008 and 2010 respectively, and the company denied any connection between Parker's Instagram and another "SATC" flick: "The post is not in relation to the 'Sex and the City' property."
Last year, Michael Patrick King, director, writer and producer for the HBO series and producer on both films, said there is one more story to tell.
“Sarah Jessica and I both know what that final chapter is," King told Entertainment Weekly. "That doesn’t mean it will or should be told, but I do think there’s one story left ... There’s four girls, and those girls are still in my mind. There are other stories to tell and characters that haven’t even been written yet."
