Jimmy Fallon Does James Taylor Impression With ... The Real James Taylor

We've seen fire, and we've seen rain, but ... this is a first.

Jimmy Fallon is known for great musical impressions like Neil Young and Bruce Springsteen, but on Wednesday he did an impression of "Fire and Rain" singer James Taylor with the actual James Taylor, while riding a seesaw. Weirdly enough, it kind of makes sense. Taylor's songs are about the ups and downs of life, and, let's face it, you can't get more up-and-down than riding a seesaw.

Taylor just released a new album and is currently on tour. It's especially great news for everyone who's going through lonely times when they could not find a friend, but we really hope that he seesaws again.

"The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. ET on NBC.
