Let's leave aside completely which party you prefer. Let's just look at the rhetoric. Is it my imagination, or does Sarah Palin keep referring to a "Palin and McCain Administration?" I swear I just heard her do it again on CNN.
Is it misleading for her to speak in these terms? Last I checked, McCain headed her ticket. He won the nomination in the field, in the primaries and caucuses across the nation. But , now Palin is talking like, and the campaign is acting like, she is the head of the ticket.
We are just finishing an Administration that seems to be run out of the Veep's office, but at least they try to hide that fact (in that man-sized safe, no doubt). Now this. Palin/McCain '08! What?!?!
Oh, and by the way, when McCain says he is going to go after the people who caused this economic crisis through avarice and greed, does he include the legislative architect of much of the problem, his former economic adviser, and life-long friend Phil Gramm? Hmmmm....
