How to Make Simple (But Delicious) Clams

There's nothing more warming as the seasons change than a warm pot of clams with a delicious, flavorful broth. But can a home cook make it perfectly?

George Mendes certainly believes so, and his recipe is so easy that you'll wonder why you didn't make these clams sooner! His dish is based off of a Portuguese favorite, Bulhão Pato, which is clams cooked in white wine (especially the local Vinho Verde) with a touch of garlic and cilantro.
