April Bloomfield is a British chef known for her Michelin starred restaurants like The Spotted Pig and for her love of meat.

But she has come out with a new book, A Girl and Her Greens, which is a celebration of all things vegetables. And if you are an avowed meat-eater then Bloomfield is just the person to make you fall in love with veggies. Her recipes will make you wonder why you didn't explore more vegetables before.
