Video: TechCrunch Disrupt: Facebook Privacy Uproar Puts Location-Based Tools On Hold, MG Siegler

MG Siegler, a reporter for TechCrunch, who follows Facebook closely, says that sources tell him that Facebook's much anticipated location-based functionality has been put on hold for now, a result of the recent uproar over breaches of privacy protocol at the giant social site.

I caught up with MG on Sunday afternoon in Manhattan at the downtown location of the TechCrunch Disrupt conference.

MG Not Ditching his iPhone

MG, aka  Paris Lemon, also talks about the recent Apple and Google dust-up.  Unlike his boss Michael Arrington, he is not quite ready to give up his iPhone for an Android-powered phone, he says in this interview.
