There comes a point in time where everything clicks.

Who you are, what you want, who you want, who is no good for you, who you outgrew, and who has out grown you.

At that very moment, you have an epiphany. You suddenly realize that you're not all on the same path, and that the people who you thought would be in your life -- and by your side -- forever, won't be. Some paths cross, over and over, while others diverge completely. And in that moment, you may find yourself alone for a period of time, and that's okay! Be you and do you! Because while you may walk alone, you will come across someone in your path; someone who is meant to be there -- the right person (or persons). And then the people you are supposed to be around will seamlessly be right beside you. You will selflessly help each other grow, move ahead and experience the beauty that is life.

When you are stuck with the wrong people in your life, you walk with a brewing and gloomy cloud over your head. Their problems become your problems; their negative outlook on everything brings unnecessary negativity in to your life, and before you know it, you're moping around helplessly for no good reason - all motivation gone. It is so easy to fall into the lap of negativity when all the wrong people are in your life are negative, -- so much so, that getting out seems like a mission-impossible stairway to heaven.

We are the commanders of our own ship in life. Spread open your sails, and sail into the direction you want. Everything else is just a bump or stormy wave that will surely pass.

Mahatma Gandhi said, "If patience is worth anything, it must endure to the end of time. And a living faith will last in the midst of the blackest storm."
