Fellow for Science and Technology and director of the Iran Project, Federation of American Scientists
Ali Vaez is a Fellow for Science and Technology and the director of the Iran Project at the Federation of American Scientists. Trained as a scientist, he worked as a post-doctoral research fellow at Harvard Medical School from 2008 to 2010. Formerly, he was Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty’s foreign correspondent in Switzerland from 2004 to 2008. He is also a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), where he received a master’s degree in International Public Policy. His articles have appeared in The International Herald Tribune, The Atlantic, Foreign Policy, and The National, among other publications. He can be reached at email@example.com.
