Alicia Glen is the head of the Urban Investment Group at Goldman Sachs where she oversees the firm’s social impact and community development investing strategy. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Alicia held senior positions in New York City government and practiced law in the private and non-profit sectors. In addition to serving on the Boards of numerous non-profit organizations, Alicia is also an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School.
