Amanda Brewington

Amanda Brewington is the owner and founder of Always Brewing Detroit (ABD), a community space featuring coffee and music in historic Rosedale Park. ABD started as a pop-up and is going permanent soon. Prior to founding ABD, Amanda gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry and music production management. Amanda worked at Harvest Creative Services, an audio production house turned creative boutique, as a Music Supervisor and Project Manager for nearly five years. In August of 2010 Amanda founded and organized Come Hear Belle Isle -- an event to raise awareness about the island and how to get involved with local non-profits while discovering Michigan music. She lives in downtown Detroit and currently works at Joe Muer Seafood while launching Always Brewing Detroit.

Amanda Brewington has two bachelor of arts degrees from Michigan State University the first in Communication with a specialization Public Relations and a second degree in Telecommunications, Information Studies and Media, focusing on Audio Production. She is an alumni of MI-SBTDC business plan writing course and is currently in Tech Town's Thrive Program.
