Andrei Bystritsky

Chairman, The Voice of Russia

Mr. Bystritsky has been in the media industry since 1991, starting as the head of the audience research department of the All-Russia State Television and Radio Company (RTR), where he examined radio and television audiences and conducted social and political analysis of the Russian society.



Mr. Bystritsky is currently the chairman of the Voice of Russia. He is also the head of the Media Management and Media Business Department at the School of Business and Political Journalism at the National Research University Higher School of Economics.



Mr. Bystritsky has previously worked for the BBC, Itogi, the TV-Center television company, and the humanitarian magazine, Apologia, and currently serves on the board of directors for Euronews.
