Angela Rye is a Principal at IMPACT Strategies (@StrategicIMPACT) and is an attorney and political strategist who is a co-Founder of IMPACT (@TeamIMPACT). She most recently served as the Executive Director/General Counsel for the Congressional Black Caucus.
