Restaurateur, interior and product designer, philanthropist; co-author, 'Wishes for a Mother's Heart'

Barbara Lazaroff, A.S.I.D. is a restaurateur, interior and product designer, philanthropist, speaker on business and women's issues, and author. and well respected fundraiser for cancer research, hunger relief, and cause for women and children. Her new line of "Flame of Life" TM dinnerware which will be available on Amazon, will be supporting these heartfelt efforts. She is the recipient of multiple humanitarian and business awards, including an honorary PhD.

For 30 years Barbara has been designing and building restaurants, branding the Wolfgang Puck establishments and products and founding and hosting decades long charitable events for a variety of her causes. In 2011 she co-authored "Wishes for a Mother's Heart," a book about inspiration and support for women. It is a beautiful collection of wishes, reflections and pragmatic "to-do" suggestions to empower women (and men, too) of all ages.

Prior to becoming an author, Barbara was renowned for her innovative restaurant concepts. As president of Imaginings Interior Designs, Inc., Barbara has designed such popular restaurants as the original Spago Hollywood, Spago Beverly Hills, Chinois in Santa Monica and Las Vegas, Eureka, Granita and other noted dining establishments. She continues her work in the restaurant industry as a co-brander and partner in a multitude of Wolfgang Puck business entities and is a member of the Board of Directors of Wolfgang Puck Worldwide.

Barbara is one of the producers of Emmanuel Itier's film, "Femme: Women Healing the World." which is in theaters and will stream globally. She is also developing a TV show for JLTV entitled "The Originals" interviewing women who have impacted and are influencing our world.
