Beth Dozoretz has an extensive background in business management, with specialized experience in strategic planning, new business development and marketing, as well as many years of active involvement in civic and community affairs.

She spent a number of years in various senior management positions within the apparel industry. Ms. Dozoretz served as the President of S&T Industries in New York for 8 years. She was one of the few women members of the Young Presidents Organization, Metro Chapter, New York. Beth Dozoretz left the apparel business to join First Hospital Corporation Health Systems, a privately owned company specializing in the management and delivery of behavioral health care services and the information systems that support them, as a Senior Vice President. She continues today as a member of its Board of Directors.

Ms. Dozoretz has been actively involved in Democratic politics for several years. In 1999, Beth led the Democratic National Committee’s Finance operation as their Finance Chair. She was the first woman ever to hold that position. She has served on numerous boards and has been particularly active with organizations that aid women and children in the around the world. Most recently, she has been named as Vice Chair of the Advisory Board of the Center for Public Leadership at the Kennedy School at Harvard University.

Beth and her husband, Dr. Ronald Dozoretz, reside in Washington, D.C. with their two young children, Joshua and Melanne.
