Author, architect, person with Parkinson's
Catherine Armsden, a co-founder of Butler Armsden Architects in San Francisco, quit architecture when she discovered that writing about designing houses was even more interesting than designing houses. As a person with Parkinson's, Catherine also writes about the wonders of the brain, living with chronic illness, and navigating the healthcare system.
Her first novel, Dream House, will be released on November 10, 2015.
