Craig Alan Silverman

Craig Silverman, co-host of 630 KHOW’s Caplis & Silverman Show (2004 -2011) and founding partner in the prestigious Denver law firm of Silverman & Olivas, P.C., has been a prominent participant in Colorado’s legal system for three decades.

Silverman served as Chief Deputy DA at the Denver District Attorney’s Office where he worked from 1980 to 1996. After leaving prosecution, Silverman has focused his attention on both civil and criminal law. Throughout his trial lawyer career, Silverman has participated in over 100 jury trials involving homicide, sexual assault, personal injury, DUIs and domestic violence cases.

For decades, Silverman’s legal expertise has been utilized by many Colorado media outlets including all the Denver newspapers and television stations. He has been frequently quoted in scores of major publications including the New York Times, USA Today, Washington Post, Time Magazine and the Los Angeles Times. Silverman’s columns have appeared in the Denver Post, Rocky Mountain News, and Real Clear Politics. National television appearances have included hundreds of appearances on national telecasts, including NBC, ABC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN, and Fox News. Silverman has participated for more than a decade as a regular participant on KBDI Channel 12’s award winning Colorado Inside Out show.

In addition to his busy work schedule, Craig Silverman and his wife, Trish Silverman, are raising sons, Ben, Sam and their dogs, Mikey and Matilda.
