Dan Shanoff

Dan Shanoff is the founder of Quickish, which offers real-time news recommendations in quick-hit editor-vetted streams to help you keep up quickly with the big things that are happening. Previously, he was the creator and producer of the "Daily Quickie" at ESPN.com. He was the VP of Content for Associated Content (now Yahoo! Contributor Network), and had content development roles with Starwave/ESPN.com, the NFL and Sports Illustrated. He writes about sports, sports media and the business of sports at his blog, DanShanoff.com. He also created TimTeblog.com, which obsessively covered the Tim Tebow phenomenon in 2009 and 2010. He was an original editor of Real Fans Sports Network, funded and ultimately acquired by AOL in the mid-1990s.
