Daniel B. Garrie is the Executive Managing Partner at Law & Forensics, global consulting firm. He is a recognized global leader incyber security, electronic discovery and computer forensics and a sought after e-discovery special master, forensic neutral, cyber security consultant and expert witness for some of the most complex and contested disputes. He is also the Head of the Cyber Security Practice at New York-based Zeichner Ellman & Krause LLP. He is an adjunct Professor of Law at Rutgers School of Law, focused on Cyber Warfare and the law, and Cardozo School of Law, focused on Data Governance. Mr. Garrie is also on the advisory board for a number of different companies, including Get.it,, Eccentex, and Bounce Exchange In addition to his law degree, Daniel holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Computer Science from Brandeis University and is as comfortable talking to engineers and developers as he is with lawyers and judges.
