Diana Carbajal Mejia

Diana Carbajal Mejia is a past entertainment industry professional, turned prosecuting attorney, with a secret passion for writing. Her job pursuing fugitives at large gives her professional satisfaction, and her home life raising a blended family of four kids, is the source of equal parts inspiration and frustration. In an effort to fulfill her dream of becoming a writer, Diana started her own blog one year ago. She blogs about the challenges and no-so-apparent rewards of raising two step-daughters from her husband’s first marriage (yours), a son from her former marriage (mine), and another son from her marriage with her husband and fellow prosecutor (ours). Her blog, Life Well Blended, was featured on Wordpress, home page within a few months of its launch. When she is not fighting crime, blogging, or watching her two teen girls fight over “sharing” clothes, and her two sons battle it out on the X-box, Diana enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and watching Netflix stream past seasons of “Mad Men.” Diana holds a B.A. in Communications from California Sate University at Fullerton, and a J.D. from Loyola Law School.
