Didi Martinez is a Houston-based student journalist. She is currently the editor-in-chief of her school paper, the Maverick Star, and spends her summers at the Houston Chronicle as a reporter for the Houston Chronicle Cub. She aspires to be a broadcast journalist in the near future with a focus on political science. When she is not writing, she enjoys participating in volunteer opportunities around her community.
