Dorian is currently the Wasserman Foundation Fellow in the Doctor of Education Leadership Program at Harvard University, Co-Founder of TandemED and is running lead to develop a national Initiative focused on Black Male Achievement at Harvard. Dorian started his professional career working for the National Football League and has held positions at Education Pioneers, Stand for Children and the Harlem Children’s Zone. Dorian is deeply driven by his faith, and is the proud son of two wonderful scholarly parents, father of four great kids and brother of three older sisters that serve as his inspiration, comic relief, and confidants.
