Ohio Democratic Party
For the past three years, Doug Kelly has served as Executive Director of the Ohio Democratic Party.
Previously, Kelly spent 10 years at the Democratic National Committee, where he worked as Research Director during the Clinton White House years. In 2001, he became the DNC’s Technology Director and led the effort to overhaul the Party’s systems to raise money, move messaging, and mobilize voters. Under Kelly’s leadership, the Ohio Democratic Party has become the largest Democratic State Party in the country and the third largest Democratic committee, behind only the DNC and the DCCC.
A native of Adrian, Michigan, Doug earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard University.
