Eddie Campbell

Author, '44 Horrible Dates'

Eddie Campbell is the author of 44 Horrible Dates. He was born and raised in Los Angeles and lived temporarily in Arizona and Nevada. He had a colorful childhood raised by a Vietnam War veteran grandfather who had war flashbacks and thought Eddie was going to be gay because he “watched too much television.” Ironically, Eddie went on to have a significant career in television in art direction/art department for hit TV series such as Dawson’s Creek, The Division, Ghost Whisperer, The Closer, Mad TV, and Parenthood, and he is currently working on several projects for Days of our Lives. He plans on writing many more books. The tiny glimpse into his childhood, throughout this book, is also sparking a great interest in his autobiography. Eddie is on Facebook, which he says is like being in “13th grade... forever!”

Eddie Campbell is the co-author of the book Days of our Lives 45 Years: A Celebration in Photos, a coffee-table book spanning the 45 years of NBC’s longest-running scripted television series. He just embarked on a national tour with the book.
