Ellen Ernst Kossek is the Basil S. Turner Professor of Management and Research Director of the Susan Bulkeley Butler Center for Leadership at Purdue University. She is the current President of the Work Family Researchers Network and the Associate Director of the Center for Work Family Stress Safety and Health, a collaboration between Portland State University and Purdue University that is affiliated with the Work Family Health Network, a national group of researchers that has partnered with organizations to design, implement and evaluate the effects of work family interventions on employee and family health. Ellen is the author of a popular book on control of work-life boundaries, CEO of Me: Creating a Life that Works in the Flexible Job Age and holds a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Yale University.
