Erin Siegrist

Erin is a human resources professional from the Chicagoland area with 18 years of experience in the field. She is currently the Director of Benefits, responsible for Erie Insurance's health and welfare plans. Erin joined Erie in 2006 as the Compensation Manager and assumed her current position in 2012. Prior to Erie, she worked in HR for Flowserve, HCR ManorCare and Westaff in total rewards, recruiting and generalist roles. Siegrist received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois and her Master’s degree in HR and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a member of the National Business Group on Health, World at Work, Society for HR Management and the CPCU Society. She has been published in World at Work’s WorkSpan magazine and serves on their Benefits networking group. She has received the Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Benefit Professional, Senior Professional in HR, and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designations. She supports community initiatives including leading the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and serving on the Board of Directors for The Achievement Center in Erie, Pa.
