Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio ordained Father Sean Suckiel, 27, a priest for the Diocese of Brooklyn on June 23, 2012, at St. James Cathedral Basilica, Downtown Brooklyn.
Father Sean was assigned to Blessed Trinity parish, Breezy Point, on July 1, 2012.
He grew up in the parish of Our Lady of Miraculous Medal, Ridgewood, and is a graduate of Cathedral Prep Seminary, Elmhurst. He holds a Bachelor’s from St. John’s University and a Masters of Divinity and Masters in Theology from Immaculate Conception Seminary, Huntington, L.I.
