Charlie Vázquez is an author as well as Director of the Bronx Writers Center at Bronx Council on the Arts. He's published two novels, Buzz and Israel (Fireking, 2005) and Contraband (Rebel Satori, 2010) as well as short stories and poetry. His latest fiction cycle is set in Puerto Rico and explores historical themes, told through suspense and terror tale lenses.
