Harish is a junior at the University of Michigan studying Health Policy and Community Development. As a freshman, he joined a medical device startup and developed a passion at the intersection of healthcare and innovative technology. He went to to start an organization of his own, Rural Innovations in Medical Engineering (RIME) and is working to develop solutions for health disparities in low-income markets. Harish also conducts neurosurgery research and is an active tutor of K-12 students. He hopes to one day visit every country in the world. Harish can be reached at hkilaru@umich.edu.
