Indre Altman is a junior at Carnegie Vanguard High School in Houston, Tex. She is serving the Junior State of America (JSA.org) this year as the director of public relations and vice president of her school's chapter, where she shows passion in spreading the mission statement of the Junior Statesmen of America by encouraging other students to "Be the People" and be politically informed. Indre is also involved in the Junior Classical League, National Honor Society, Carnegie's Theatre Tech department, and volunteering with birds at the Houston Zoo.
