Jackie Ourman is a chef, recipe developer, food writer and advocate for celiac disease and food allergies. Jackie began her culinary journey in 2011 after she and her son were diagnosed with celiac, in addition to managing life-threatening food allergies for two of her children. She attended the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and graduated with highest honors.
Jackie is passionate about creating recipes that don’t feel like they are missing anything and resources for living well despite these diagnoses. Her work has been featured in many publications including Bon Appétit, Food & Wine and Epicurious.com.
