James Lamond is a policy researcher at the National Security Network. Before coming to NSN, James worked on international law, international organizations and transatlantic relations for the National Security and International Policy team at the Center for American Progress. A regular contributor to Democracy Arsenal, James has also appeared in both domestic and international publications. A native of New Jersey, James received a B.A. in History from Rowan University and a M.S. in Global Affairs from Rutgers University.
