Jamsheed K. Choksy is Chairman of the Department of Central Eurasian Studies, Professor of Iranian Studies, and former Director of the Middle Eastern Studies Program in the School of Global and International Studies at Indiana University. He also serves on the National Council on the Humanities at the National Endowment for the Humanities.
