Jane Czyzselska was appointed to the post of editor at DIVA in 2004. Since then, she and her team have presented and debated lesbian and bisexual issues both through the magazine and website (www.divamag.co.uk) as well as in the mainstream media including The Guardian, The Times and The Independent on Sunday. She is a regular panelist at conferences and cultural events and sits on the board of judges for the National Diversity Awards and the Independent on Sunday Pink List and she was voted onto the list herself in 2009.
