Beach is a corporate lawyer in New York. Her practice focuses on capital markets and private equity work, and she was one of the attorneys on the 9/11 Project representing families of victims of the World Trade Center attacks. A proud Canadian, she has contributed to the Globe and Mail and Viewpoints. As a law student, she worked at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office and at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. She received her JD and MBA from Columbia, and graduated from McGill University with joint honors. She previously lived and worked in London.
