Jeannie Boutelle worked for 15 years as a bond trader and off the trading desk spending as much time as possible on traveling, good food finds and the outdoors. For the last five years working for Edible Chicago magazine, curates a weekly Local Chicago events and farmers market calendar on The Local Beet she chaired Marketing and Social Media for the Food Day Chicago 2013, Eat Real Chicago Campaign.
