Jennifer Crozier is a Director in IBM’s Corporate Citizenship & Corporate Affairs organization, and is based at corporate headquarters in Armonk, NY. Her responsibilities include designing innovative citizenship initiatives that support IBM's Smarter Planet and Smarter Cities strategy.

One of her most recent accomplishments is the launching of IBM’s “Supplier Connection”. This program is designed to simplify the myriad processes that inhibit small businesses from working with large corporations. Jen led a team of IBMers and representatives from six Global 50 stakeholder companies in developing this initiative, and the result will be tremendous growth opportunities and productivity improvements for all participants.

In addition, she is currently leading the team rolling out IBM’s “Smarter Cities Challenge”, a first-of-a-kind urban grant program. Over the next three years, IBM will provide grants to a total of 100 cities in both mature and emerging markets, resulting in actionable roadmaps on how to make their cities smarter.

Prior to her current role, Jennifer spent eight years as a member of IBM’s Market Intelligence team with a focus on Knowledge Management. Before this, she worked in IBM Corporate Communications for two years, designing and executing two of the company’s most highly regarded campaigns: “Innovation that Matters” & “What Makes You Special?”
