Jeremiah Workman
Staff Sergeant, United States Marine Corps

Staff Sergeant Jeremiah Workman is a seven-year combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps. After returning from combat, he was awarded the Navy Cross, the second highest medal for valor.

Twenty-four years old and born and raised in Ohio, where he was inducted into the Ohio Military Hall of Fame, Sergeant Workman has been featured in national articles and television newscasts. He was profiled in the Washington Post and USA Today, has been a guest on Fox News and CNN, and recently spent a month touring the country as a featured speaker with Vets for Freedom's National Heroes Tour.

He is currently assigned to the Corps' Wounded Warrior program, helping injured veterans receive the care they need. He lives in Virginia with his wife and young son, Devon. Shadow of the Sword is his first book.
